The Event
How To Get There?
📍 Kuusiku Farm, Popi tee, Loone village, Raplamaa
The venue is about 35 km from Tallinn, so how do you get there?

Take on the challenge of solving it yourself,

Take an uber/taxi, roughly €50 (sometimes cheaper, sometimes more expensive),

Natalia’s taxi ride (Airport to Venue) between 10am and 10pm €35: WhatsApp +447894702797,

Ask in the HFAF WhatsApp group for a lift, someone might be travelling at a similar time as you (risky if done last minute),

Take the train (train website). Get to Balti Jaam Tallinn (main train station) and take a train to Lohu station (≈ €3:50). This is the closest train station to the venue. At this point you have 3 options:

Message in the WhatsApp group to see if someone is available to pick you up (again, risky if done last minute)

Walk to the venue (5 km approximately one hour walk),

Walk to Natalia & Joshua’s home (2 minute walk) hang out there until someone comes to pick a big enough group up.

For clarity, there is no official pick up service from the festival organisers, pickups may occur if possible.
Times
Arrive Thursday the 6th August 2026 13:00 onwards
Depart Monday the 10th August 2026 before 20:00
The official festival schedule will commence in the early evening of the 6th.
The 7th, 8th, and 9th will be full festival days.
Monday the 10th is known as OMJ (One Massive Jam). Morning acro conditioning will still take place.
What Else To Bing?
Sauna towel - We have a Sauna! (probably every night).
Clothes - for all kinds of weather: it could rain, it could shine, and it could get cold at night
Cash - for the café (cakes, tea and coffee)
Cash - for professional massage on site
Cash / Card - for additional food / snacks if you need extra from the shop
Water bottle - drinking tap water is safe in Estonia
Toiletries - everything you need to stay hygienic
(provided toiletries are: toilets, showers and toilet paper, the rest is up to you)
If you forgot something necessary, talk with one of the organisers or the head volunteer Ann. We will help if we can.
JSTYK
(Just So That You Know)
Venue - HFAF is being held at SilvEsters (Silver & Ester’s) home. It is in the middle of the countryside surrounded by fields and trees. To some it is how we are supposed to live, to others it can be seen as “roughing it”... pack accordingly.
Lake Swim - There is a beautiful bog lake that will be visited (by those who want to). You can swim, the water is fresh and energizing.
Food Shops - The closest store is 7km away in a town called Kohila. Totally walkable if you wish, there are no planned car trips but this might change with demand.
Accommodation
By now you should know your setup (bringing your own gear, paid for full or partial accommodation, something else). If you are unsure, read through your communication with the HFAF team (probably Sam) and then, if you are still unsure, reach out to us and we can clarify or find a solution if needed.
Full Accommodation - you will get a mattress, pillow, and duvet/blanket
Partial Accomodation - you get a mattress (bring your own sleeping bag, pillow, etc)
Recommend to bring warm sleeping clothes, Estonia can get cold at night.
Food
We’ll be enjoying delicious, nourishing vegan+ meals prepared with as much local produce as possible.
Vegan+ = vegan main dishes with extra vegetarian and carnivorous sides.
NUTS: there will be a bowl of mixed nuts and raisins (on a separate table) with every meal.
Please keep in mind others may be allergic.
Three vegan meals per day on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
On Monday breakfast and lunch will be served.
Food will not be served on the 6th, please bring your own, as needed.

the first six single tickets are only €340 and include a festival T-shirt
Early Bird Pricing
(next 17 participants):
€390 for single ticket
€760 for double ticket
Standard
€420 for single ticket
€820 for double ticket
Payment is to be made via direct bank transfer.
If you do not have a euro (€) bank account, PayPal is available.
Weekend Tickets
€290 for single ticket
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend the festival, for whatever reason (including injuries), you may request a refund (minus a €40 admin fee) until the 1st of July. Refunds are not possible after the 1st of July.
Tickets are personal and cannot be re-sold. If you need to release your spot, we will offer it to someone on the waiting list and handle the transfer directly.
If the festival is cancelled by the organisers we will refund any amount already paid.
Travel expenses are the participant's responsibility.

Prerequisites
This festival will be offering everything from intro to Hands Free all the way up to the impossible.
Note: intro to Hands Free is not the same as intro to acro.
Given this, we have the following prerequisites:
4-step (or similar)
Ninja Star (or similar)
Some pose standing on the base (such as foot-to-hand or foot to shin)
Consistent entrance to a stable Reverse Star (any entrance, doesn't need to be a jump)
Accommodation
Sleeping in nature is good for the soul, also can get chilly.
If you're sleeping in a tent remember to bring suitable sleeping gear.

Sleeping spot with mattress and bedding (you don't need to bring anything) €40
Sleeping spot with mattress only (bring your sleeping bag and pillow) €30
The venue has various sleeping spots dotted all over. If you are paying for a sleeping spot
you will be assigned one of the following:
A shared dorm (mattress on the main house floor).
Tent (Shared glamping tent or a private tent, both with a cozy mattress)
Seeping options in sidebuildings:
(the loft of the sauna and traditional farm storehouse adapted for a rustic overnight stay.)
An Important Detail
This is not a business venture for us, it is a celebration of our passion.
To keep prices low we are taking the Dutch approach.
This means that every participant, organiser, and teacher
at the festival is responsible for 1 task during the event.
When you arrive, you will be asked to put your name next to the task of your choosing.
(Get there early to have more choice!)
